Biography

Jane Goldman is an acclaimed novelist and screenwriter. As a novelist, Goldman garnered accolades for “Dreamworld,” a riveting thriller set against a sprawling Florida theme park hiding fantastical secrets.

Among her several non-fiction works is “The X-Files Book of the Unexplained.” Goldman’s first screenplay was also her first collaboration with Matthew Vaughn for the graphic novel adaptation of “Stardust” in 2007 (Robert De Niro, Michelle Pfeiffer). Along with “The Debt,” Goldman and Vaughn continued their partnership with the highly anticipated “Kick-Ass” (Nicolas Cage, Aaron Johnson and Chloe Moretz) and have finished work on the screenplay for “X Men: First Class” (James McAvoy, Kevin Bacon, January Jones). Goldman has also completed her own screenplay for “The Woman in Black,”
