Anabel Díez

Director of performing and audiovisual arts and fellow of the Performing Arts Academy of Spain. As a director of performing arts she has staged more than 40 plays, she has participated in festivals like those of Almagro and Valladolid, and has toured her creations in Europe and the US. As a director of large scale events of historical re-enacting, she directs Guerras Cántabras, which is the only festival of International Touristic Interest in Cantabria. In 2018, she directed Cuandoel Río Suena, the first Cantabrian fictional television series, which was very successfully broadcasted on Cantabria TV. In 2021 she directed the short film Verano, which received several international awards.Working with Luis Centurión, she directed the short films Primavera (2020) and Otoño (2022).
