Biography
Rhys Ernst is a trailblazing transgender filmmaker. He has made it his life’s work to amplify the stories of the trans community. In addition to his work as a producer on the Golden Globe and Emmy award winning show Transparent, Rhys directed the celebrated series We’ve Been Around, and the Emmy nominated series This Is Me. Rhys’ groundbreaking work has also been recognized by Sundance, Outfest and the Chicago International Film Festival.
