Born in Izmir, in 1970, Meltem Cumbul is one of the most popular actresses in Turkey today. In 1994 she was seen on the big screen for the first time, in Mr. E by Sinan Cetin, with whom she also shot the successful film Propaganda in 1999. Meltem was honored as best actress at the Antalya Film Festival in 2002 for Abdulhamid Düserken.
