Moon Dailly is a French-American actress. She grew up in several countries (Japan, Qatar, Senegal, Rwanda, Sweden, Hong Kong, U.S.A.) and went to university in France. She has a law degree and a degree in communication from one of France's most prestigious universities (Sciences Po).
