Giedre Beinoriute (1976) is a screenwriter, director and educator from Lithuania. She graduated in audiovisual studies from the Lithuanian Academy of Musical Arts. She's worked as an assistant for significant Lithuanian directors. She has shot a number of feature and documentary films, of which we'll mention, e.g., the award-winning films Existence (Egzistencija, 2003), Vulkanovka. After the Grand Cinéma (Vulkanovka. Po Didžiojo kino, 2005) and Grandpa and Grandma (Gyveno senelis ir bobut?, 2007).
