Based on a true story, iMordecai stars Judd Hirsch as Mordecai Samel, and Carol Kane as his wife, Fela, both are Holocaust survivors who are now surviving in modern day Miami. When Mordecai's ancient flip phone breaks, his son, Marvin (Sean Astin) buys him a new smartphone. This device throws Mordecai for a spin as he must finally face the modern world, and his place in it, which ultimately makes him feel like a kid again. An uplifting comedy and a love letter to the city of Miami, iMordecai urges us all to live the life we have to the fullest. (Woodstock Film Festival)
