It’s a fine time for slime-time when Doctors Venkman (Bill Murray), Stantz (Dan Aykroyd) and Spengler (Harold Ramis) regroup to nuke the spooks in this high-spirited comedy. Sidelined after their spectacular save of New York City five years ago, the heroes of the hereafter once again answer the call when an underground river of ghoulish goo threatens to rot The Big Apple to the core. Dana Barrett (Sigourney Weaver), Louis (Rick Moranis), Winston (Ernie Hudson) and Janine (Annie Potts) are all back for the ride as these supernatural superstars swing back into hilarious action! English About the continuation of Ghostbusters, basically the same can be said as about the first one. The same director, producer, and cast. Very similar plot and the same audience. Just like the first one, the second movie had a very decent commercial response. It is a professionally made studio film, which can only be criticized for lacking the originality of the first part. Overall impression: 70%. ()

English No, this simply isn't it anymore. It's not as great and lively, it doesn't have such a great impact, something even repeats itself here and it's very noticeable how they tried but it just didn't work out. It's not successful and I almost dare to say that it's rushed too quickly. It's a pity because this quartet definitely deserves something better. Well, unfortunately, it won't happen anymore. Certainly not in this lineup. ()
