English A lesser-known De Niro film (look at the gems he made in the late 80s and early 90s and it will be clear that something just had to come out of the light), but still a very good film that was apparently much more important at the time it was made than it is today. If they had gone deeper with the atmosphere of fear it would have been even better, but even so it is definitely not a waste of time, as Robert De Niro's performance is flawless and the courtroom finale is riveting.
