A serial killer is stalking the peaceful town of Cherry Falls. At first it seems that he is just targeting teenagers, but after the third killing it becomes clear that all the victims have been virgins. When the town's students hear about this they realise that there is only one way to protect themselves and begin planning a 'meet and mate' party where they will all lose their virginities together. Meanwhile, Jodi (Brittany Murphy), the virtuous daughter of the town's sheriff (Michael Biehn), decides to take matters into her own hands and trap the killer herself. (101 Films)

English "The murders in Cherry Falls" are simply a product of their time and trend. The only thing that somewhat saves the film is Brittany Murphy, who is believable and delivers what is expected of her. Plus, the black hair suits her quite well, but that's just because I saw her as a blonde for the first time. Otherwise, the film is just a typical slasher that tries, but simply doesn't have what it takes to truly captivate. Well, maybe it doesn't actually try that hard either. ()
