Jasmine (Natalie Krill) is a successful fashion editor living with her fiancé, Rile (Sebastian Pigott). On a night out in the city with her best friend, she meets Dallas (Erika Linder), a roofer recently out of a relationship. A lesbian relationship film in which the erotic element is as important as the dialogue. If an engaged, always faithful heterosexual woman suddenly succumbs to lesbian passion, it does need a truthful depiction. The dialogue scenes in which the characters get to know each other and subsequent emotional entanglement are not exactly innovatively written, but they are realistic. As is the outcome of the story, which is not surprising, but is reminiscent of the feelings and pain, that are universally applicable to romantic relationships in general (regardless of the gender combination). Below Her Mouth is a small and unspectacular, yet honest love story.
