English A very powerful film about how the "great" Cultural Revolution affected some Chinese people. It's always the stories of ordinary people that are the most powerful, and this film proves it. All she wanted was a house and a quiet life, but instead, the regime played games with her. And not only with her, but with her loved ones. The finale actually has a happy ending, but a really cruel one. ()
