Imax 3D wildlife documentary profiling the work done by two conservationists as they rescue orphaned animals. Shot in two seperate locations, the film follows both Dr. Birute Galdikas as he helps baby orang-utans in Borneo's rainforests, and the zoologist Daphne Sheldrick as she helps rehabilitate elephant calves in Kenya. With the ultimate aim being the animals' reintegration into the wild, the film follows the animals in their journey as they draw ever nearer their eventual release. Morgan Freeman narrates. The best for the kids, whether animal or human. The heroes of the documentary give the animals a second chance at life, and the authors give humans information in an unobtrusive way that will not enrich adults, but certainly will not poison them either.

Finally a film that was made specifically for IMAX and has a little more purpose than just showing animals in pretty pictures. In this case, there is even a message, that, while at times too literal and a bit naive, shows what can be done to save certain species.
