Dick Harpers' (Carrey) years of hard work finally pay off when he is promoted to vice president of Globodyne, a worldwide business leader. After exactly one day at his new job, Globodyne is destroyed, leaving him and his loving wife, Jane (Leoni) without financial security. This sudden reversal of fortune has left them both unprepared to give up their comfortable lifestyle and Dick comes up with the brilliant idea of turning to robbery to pay the bills. A typical three-star American mainstream comedy that includes a few successful gags and relies on several stars, led by the popular Jim Carrey. He carries the movie to a large extent with his extravagance and facial expressions, while Téa Leoni merely plays along appropriately. It's decent for one viewing, but I certainly don't intend to watch it again. Overall impression: 55%.

A really great comedy that shouldn’t be taken too seriously and is guaranteed to entertain. Carrey is wonderful as the vice-president going bankrupt and even better as a robber. Téa Leoni also handles her role surprisingly well and was delightful after her Botox job (only joking :).
