English It wasn't love at first sight. I criticized the simplicity of the battles, while the atmosphere had a false fantasy veneer. However, as Gut's journey with the Hawks continued, Griffith and his comrades easily wrapped me around their fingers, to the point where defending myself seemed futile. I became tangled in intrigues, fell in love with Casca, and most of all, I yearned to be close to those moments when Guts wielded his invincible sword. And no matter what ending the viewer anticipates, they still cannot adequately prepare for the captivating and (even though unfortunately enforced) incredibly daring epic drama. But now, words are unnecessary, and those who are unfamiliar should run and watch, because this journey simply must be experienced. ()
