A View to a Kill

Roger Moore's final Bond film sees him battling madman Max Zorin (Christopher Walken). Zorin's fiendish plan is to flood California's lucrative Silicon Valley by causing an earthquake in San Andreas so that he will have a monopoly over the manufacture of microchips.
