English Charles Chaplin did not lose himself even in the era of sound film, which he perfectly proves with this film. I think he is somewhat underrated, perhaps because he is too political, but still, it is great entertainment that knows how to properly criticize society and its politics of those times. It was amusing and clever, and I liked it. ()
