Not Uwe Boll - the reincarnation of Ed Wood is Jack Perez! I have to give this movie three stars, and that's because it's so bad. But unlike the others, this one is bad quite deliberately. And to make matters even worse, it's not bad at all... so… yeah. All it takes is a sense of humor, a really perverse sense of humor, and a love of the craft of filmmaking, including all the enthusiasts who do it primarily for their own good feeling and amusement... I can't imagine Monster Island being made for profit. It's just so fun!
