Real estate agent Henry Elkins (Stuart Erwin) has not had a good run with his line of work. Now, he's poised to lose the only property he's ever owned -- a home that's been in his family for decades -- because city planners are eyeing the area for construction of the new airport. A greedy guru (Mischa Auer) lures Henry into a trap to get him to surrender his claim to the land, but his plans go awry, giving Henry a novel way to protect his asset.
