John Diehl stars as Paul, a troubled Vietnam vet who is haunted by the events of September 11 and searches Los Angeles for terrorists he is convinced are going to strike again. Michelle Williams plays Paul's niece, Lana, who has been living in Israel and returns to Los Angeles. After they witness the apparent random shooting of a homeless Middle Eastern man, they decide to investigate the incident together, but for very different reasons. (official distributor synopsis)
