Rasmus, his dog Toker and his best friend Pontus go to the carnival that recently arrived in town. The boys have no money to see the sword-swallower Alfredo but manage to sneak in under the tent. Toker is kidnapped while Rasmus overhears Alfredo plotting to steal some jewels. (Svensk Filmindustri)
