When Death steals the soul of a kitten named Nyaako, she enlists her brother to help her find Death and get her soul back. Leaving home to venture through the Other Side, the two kittens find themselves immersed in a dreamlike world and caught up in adventures both fantastic and disturbing. Far from home, Nyaako and Nyatta discover that the world is a strange, dangerous, and beautiful place as they hunt for little Nyaako's soul. (official distributor synopsis)
