Scenaristically disgustingly rushed B-movie, which is interesting perhaps only for its cast - the famous Ch. Sheen and S. Fenn started here. The only attractive aspect of The Black Ghost could be the depiction of automotive design and car chases, although even those are filmed incredibly stereotypically. Otherwise, a complete waste of time - overall impression 15%.
