Rána z milosti

A not at all futile television film, which builds on the predictable and tendentious, yet crafty screenplay by Josef Klíma and Svoboda's dynamic and fresh directing. The story is carried by the charismatic Kňažko and the well-drawn modern mobster Vladimír Dlouhý - on the other hand, some wooden conversations can be heard here and there, which try to spread the message of morality and complex post-revolutionary situations, but they are not very natural. But the story of Rána z milosti does not lack tension and attractiveness. (03/06/2007)
