When two blonde bombshells (Pamela Anderson and Denise Richards) accidentally witness a mob hit, they find themselves in the wrong place at the right time. The gals are mistaken for assassins by two mafia hoods and are offered a huge payout to "take out" Mr Wong - head of the Chinese mafia. The clueless cuties happily accept the assignment, embarking on a wild adventure which takes them from Niagara Falls to Las Vegas! In a serious case of mistaken identities, our not so bright blondes manage to outwit federal agents, the mafia and a host of hitmen. (High Fliers Films)

I'd prefer if this was really just an endless series of acted jokes about blondes. Unfortunately, it isn't, so all the minuses I’m giving it are for the attempt at having a story.
