English If you don’t need to see a guy cut off another guy’s penis, fry it up in a pan and bring it to the table, where it is the main course of a candle-lit dinner with the castrated victim, then don’t watch this. It’s no “aesthetic Ridley Scott”. Grimm Love peers into the psyche of the cannibal and his victim in a dignified way, with high-quality actors in the right kind of dark and gloomy visuals and without gratuitous exploitation scenes. In the end, however, it doesn’t resolve anything and even the protagonist, who wanted to find answers to difficult questions, merely cries and becomes disconcerted. What purpose does this serve? ()

English It’s not horror, it’s not suspense or even a thriller, it’s a drama; a very slow and lengthy drama. Technically, there’s hardly anything to complain about, this is something that will either suit your mood or it won’t. It didn’t suit mine. ()
