The creators made a smart move by getting rid of the disruptive elements, and even ditching some of the annoying ones. This gave Dexter room to shine, and I got to enjoy a fantastic atmosphere with plenty of tension and action. The well-crafted ending practically demands that you watch the next episode immediately.
