Lipstick Jungle - Série 1

The trio of unlikely heroines played by Brooke Shields, Kim Raver, and Lindsay Price, live their lives somewhat differently than the gang around Carrie. But is it really that different? One is going through artificial insemination, one is a fashion designer and another has older children. So, yes, the potential to reach the Sex and the City audience would be great, because again, these women are mature and have taste and they are very dedicated to themselves. Some are romantic, others hide their feelings. But overall the Lipstick Jungle is not that aggressive. Ledy makes no secret of it: we're not on HBO. Still, there's time for attractive film production issues, fashion collections and playing with Mr. Divine (Andrew McCarthy this time), and relationships with bunnies. The first series was quick, so there had to be one more to get the real verdict. (20/02/2019)
