Thankfully, this episode didn't get too bogged down in relationship drama and, in some small way, brought back a hint of what used to make the series enjoyable for me. Granted, Bernadette's storyline was painfully unfunny, but what hooked me was the part about the guy who proved that windows are worth more than gold. / Lesson learned: Your own thoughts can be your worst enemy. Maybe I'm just turning into a grumpy old man, but I didn't find much to laugh about in this episode. Sure, Leonard and Penny's battle with the all-powerful tenant association had its moments, but the drone storyline fell flat. The episode didn't exactly leave me in a state of euphoria, but the scientific trek into the wilderness with the quirky Dr. Walcott was a standout moment in the season. Peter MacNicol nailed his role. The female side of the episode may not have hit the same high notes, but it was still good. It's hitting me hard that the golden days with this crew are over, so I genuinely appreciate any scene that even slightly hits the mark. / Lesson learned: If the meat tastes good, don't worry about where it came from. This should be the direction the show could take. The episode shifted focus away from relationships and delved into Stuart's store and astronomy. It's been a while since I genuinely laughed, especially at Stuart's cash register tape rant. Giving out two stars isn't my idea of a good rating, and I've been slapping them on the eleventh season quite a bit, signaling some long-term issues. The twenty-second episode, with its wedding dress shenanigans, didn't exactly light up my day. As the Big Day is approaching, my interest in the eleventh season is dwindling. The twenty-third episode left me pretty bored. The creators ditched the humor for a play on emotions, which didn't hit home for me. / Lesson learned: Don't glue it back together, just throw it away. (29/08/2022)

I never thought I'd give a high rating to a wedding episode, but here we are. The creators seem to have finally rediscovered what made the series great in the first place. It's been a while, but this episode truly entertained me after a long dry spell. For once, none of the characters got on my nerves or bored me, and I was so content that I might've even bumped up the rating to five stars if it hadn't been for the melodrama. / Lesson learned: Great ideas can hit you out of nowhere, or not at all. Just like the past few seasons, this one wasn't anything special either. The final season was a similar disappointment to the previous one. The creators focused mainly on relationship issues again, while the original idea that got me to watch the show in the first place went completely by the wayside. Considering how much I once enjoyed the series, I’m sorry to say that I'm glad it's over. The kickoff of the twelfth season left me feeling bummed. I  naively expected the same vibe as in the last season's finale. Nope, turns out, we're back to the mediocrity of season eleven (or maybe even season ten). I didn't get much entertainment out of it, apart from the usual relationship drama. The storyline was basically a snooze-fest, unless you're counting the Twitter showdown, which I absolutely don't. / Lesson learned: A hot dog in the hand is better than a kebab in the bush. To sum it up, the plot was weak again, and the only thing this episode had in common with the OG series was the characters. Yet, the whole scavenger hunt was quite intriguing, and orange Stuart wasn't half bad either. / Lesson learned: Don't get carried away too much. (29/08/2022)

Not my cup of tea. I'm just not into all this talk of procreation, and this episode really ticked me off (I'm proud of myself for coming up with such nice euphemisms). The twelfth season kicked off on a good note, but it went downhill fast, and it's clear the creators forgot to slap on the brakes. It's like I'm watching familiar characters played by the same actors, but now they're dropped into a completely different sitcom. The plot was painfully boring and inconsequential. Yesterday, I rewatched Clash of the Titans (1981), and now every time I see Anu, I can't help but think of Calibos. / Lesson learned: Always look sharp in photographs. (29/08/2022)

It's almost unbelievable how they managed to cook up a plot that's not just unnecessary but downright dull and lacking originality, leaving little room for laughter. Even with my expectations set based on past experiences, I'm still let down. I can't wrap my head around how the same crew of creators can whip up those god-awful episodes, and then suddenly drop something that's got me cracking up like this. The Halloween vibe in this one was spot-on, and it was just a hair away from giving the episode five stars. I liked pretty much everything, but Simon Helberg's performance stole the show for me this time. / Lesson learned: Don't let your nature rob you of a watermelon. (30/08/2022)

After the previous near-perfect Halloween episode, this one had way too many dull and downright boring scenes. Props to Leonard for at least keeping things somewhat afloat. The storyline unfolded exactly as I had anticipated. Once again (it's becoming a regular thing, I'm afraid), the creators zeroed in on relationships, even throwing in some talk about an Indian wedding. I was kind of annoyed by this episode but I bumped up the rating by a star because Kathy Bates was downright fantastic. / Lesson learned: There's no such thing as too many magic tricks. (30/08/2022)

The ninth episode went off the rails, and somehow, it almost turned out pretty good. Seriously, there were some happenings in this episode that I genuinely enjoyed. The only damper on my vibe was Bernadette, pulling a plotline that we've seen before, and let's be real, Queen Penelope rocked it way better last time. That Cheeto in her hair was unforgettable. / Lesson learned: I like online games, but Fortnite won't be one of them. (30/08/2022)

The tenth episode was kind of...weird from my point of view. It focused on Sheldon wrestling with his inner demons, but it didn't quite hit the enjoyment level I was anticipating (except for a few moments). The whole Howard and Bernadette plot didn't do much for me until Howard dropped a laugh-out-loud gem right at the very end. Like I said, weird. / Lesson learned: Let yourself be positively motivated by your failures. (30/08/2022)

I was psyched for some paintball action, but no. The sneaky creators took something that worked for me in the past and drained it of all the fun. They nailed it, alright – served up another one of their snooze-worthy relationship dramas, with camouflage being the only innovation. The only thing that got a chuckle out of me was Penny's reason to pick Bernadette for her team. Thank god for Sheldon and his charming people skills. / Lesson learned: Shoot first, ask questions later. (31/08/2022)

The creators are clearly pushing my patience. Alongside the usual relationship talks that don't go anywhere, they threw in more debates about reproduction, which honestly turned my stomach. Raj's neediness didn't exactly make things better, so the only brief moment I found okay and kind of funny was the conversation between Leonard and Sheldon in the car. / Lesson learned: Want trouble?
