Křtiny

Křtiny is such a great comedy that it surprised me. Miloš Kopecký is as accurate as ever, Jiřina Jirásková is similarly excellent, Dagmar Veškrnová didn't really get on my nerves (which is a wonder), the plot is beautifully wacky and the characters "Čirůvka, Ryzec, Hlívová, Koloděj, Kotrč..." are named after mushrooms. The reasonable length of the film is good for the humor, nothing is unnecessarily repeated, almost nothing is excessive... I'm truly satisfied. The only downside is that awful chicken song. Oh, God.
