The movie is essentially made as a tribute to the character of Michael Dudikoff, who was the main protagonist in the first and second parts, which is also the only reason why it's worth giving the film some credit. The story is silly, the characters are stupid, and as for the action, it's not at a very good level either. So far, the worst part of the series.
