The film is essentially shot as a tribute to the character played by Michael Dudikoff, who was the main protagonist in the first and second installments, which is also the only reason why it's worth giving the film some credit. The story is stupid, the characters are stupid, and as far as the action goes, it's not up to par either. Worst episode of the series so far.
