This is not as bad as the third installment. It is still bad, it's like a skeleton from the first movie, it's more erotic, but I have to admit that Shan Ryan does quite well in creating a certain myth of a killer, even though his abilities ultimately only lead to him creating a really strange guy who enjoys wanting women who don't want him.
