An ambitious young New Yorker (Kristen Bell), disillusioned with romance, takes a whirlwind trip to Rome where she defiantly plucks magic coins from a fountain of love, inexplicably igniting the passion of those who threw them in: a sausage magnate (Danny DeVito), a street magician (John Heder), an adoring painter (Will Arnet) and a self-admiring model (Dax Shepard). But when a charming reporter (Josh Duhamel) pursues her with equal zest, how will she know if his love is the real thing? (official distributor synopsis)

English The very excellent beginning set me up for a promising comedy and romance. The scene with the vase made me laugh madly(!!!). But after they left Rome it went downhill rapidly. I found Kristen Bell quite boring this time. The screenplay is generally a mess. The choice of lovelorn fools isn't bad, but their roles are pretty limited. The funniest part was definitely a tiny car in the elevator. Overall, it reminds me of mediocre Amanda Bynes comedies... too bad. ()
