Cargo

An ecological collapse has made Earth uninhabitable. Those who remain are forced to live in space stations, circling the planet. Laura Portmann (Anna-Katharina Schwabroh), a young doctor onboard one of these space stations, hopes to find salvation on the far off planet, Rhea. In order to save money she gets a job on the cargo ship Kassandra which is headed on an eight-year return flight to Space Station 42. While onboard the ship, however, events take a sinister turn as she and the security guard, Samuel Decker (Martin Rapold), learn that the Kassandra is part of a large-scale cover-up. (StudioCanal UK)
