"Fantom kiler 3" tries to create some atmosphere in certain places again, the night scenes are quite good, but everything should not be so horribly recorded. The whole atmosphere then goes to hell. For this reason, the best-sounding scene is the last one, where there is quite a good play with sound and also with the image. Otherwise, you simply cannot expect that this will be a truly high-quality film that you would watch with everyone you know.
