Coquette

At the beginning, the film didn't really grab my attention; after all, it already carries quite a bit of dust. However, when you realize the subject matter and what is discussed at the court hearing in the end, it must be acknowledged that it was very well made for its time, even though the film is certainly very conservative in what is actually depicted. Here you can see that something can work only in a sound film, where actors have more space for spoken acting. (08/11/2016)
