After his radicalized daughter and her husband are killed in Syria during the collapse of the ISIS caliphate, Patricio Galvez jumps on a plane from Sweden to bring home his seven grandchildren, who have been left behind in the infamous Al-Hol refugee camp. With this gripping documentary, director Gorki Glasser-Müller uses a deeply personal story of a man struggling to make up for his failings as a father, to shed light on a humanitarian crisis that the international community seemingly wants to ignore.
