Finisterrae tells the story of two ghosts who, tired of wandering through limbo, decide to take the Way of Saint James to the end of the world so that once there, they may begin a new earthly stage in the land of the living. It is an introspective journey through inhospitable landscapes during which they meet strange beings, wild animals and surreal characters. They must deal with unexpected situations, face their own tensions and consider the doubts arising from the fact that they are ghosts. (Fresh Film Fest)

Even when I found out that this film is associated with the word "parable," I somehow knew that this wouldn't be something that would captivate me. And unfortunately, it didn’t. Some scenes are interesting on the surface, but films like this just don't give me much as a whole. The creator didn't interest me enough here to want to find out what he meant.
