English I have a nagging feeling that this film was only made because they managed to rope Barbra Streisand using some mysterious means. These 95 minutes were a complete waste of my time; if I hadn’t seen this movie, nothing would have changed. ()

English A relaxing bite-size snack about how important it is to have a mom. Seth Rogen is freewheeling here, from time to time coming out with a killing joke or an outlandish idea. Him and Barbra Streisand hit it off great together. If I have a daughter, I'm gonna name her Mr. Pickles as well. ()

English Seth Rogen and Barbra Streisand are a duo that I would probably never have associated together in a film, nor would it have occurred to me. Nevertheless, in the movie "The Guilt Trip," they portray a son and mother. Well, that's actually the main point of the whole film, which is where all the humor stems from. Or at least it should. On the other hand, Seth Rogen doesn't try to push too hard, and the film has some taste to it. That's quite rare for an American comedy. It's an interesting road trip that shows us that even in her seventies, Barbra is a good actress and has something to offer. However, as a whole, the comedy doesn't really stand out in any significant way. ()
