The Great Vazquez

This is a fairly ordinary biopic that focuses on a Spanish comic book writer who is elevated, though not by much, by the fact that Vázquez was probably a really quite a son of a bitch and a calculating man. And that's why it's quite funny in places, which makes the film at least a little interesting and slightly different from classic biopics. But honestly, it's not really that funny. (20/03/2018)
