For reasons unrevealed as the film begins, Crystal and her boyfriend Leo embark on a journey in a rickety car through the state of Florida. Their goal is to reach the Gulf, where Leo will get a boat to disappear from the police. What are they running away from? The story will give clues as the film develops.
