Ryan Varrett (Steve 'Stone Cold' Austin) is devastated by the loss of his family and the apparent inability of the police to identify and punish their killers. Deciding to take matters into his own hands, he sets out to track down the men responsible and any other criminals he believes to have slipped through the net of the law. Varrett ends up in a small town called Hope, where his attempts to get his hands on the vicious Drayke (Danny Trejo) see him meet Darcy (Serinda Swan), a beautiful crime victim. Meanwhile, Ryan's retributive attacks have brought him to the attention of the FBI and agents are assigned to track his movements. (Entertainment One)
