Paz de la Huerta turns up the body heat in this wickedly entertaining story of a fatal attraction. By day, nurse Abby Russell (de la Huerta) lovingly attends to the patients at All Saints Memorial Hospital; by night, Abby prowls nightclubs, luring unfaithful men into dangerous liaisons. After Danni - a young, sensitive nurse - joins the hospital staff, Abby pursues her friendship. I definitely do not consider "Nurse 3D" a bad movie, but considering how long it was talked about and how much preparation went into its release, the result is quite average. Yes, it is bold in the way the main star performs, but considering this as a highlight of the entire film is simply not enough for me. Paz did not sit well with me, she simply repelled me. Katrina Bowden then just shows that she will always be the same blonde in all movies.

After looking at the poster or watching the trailer nobody could expect an ambitious horror movie. The story is like out of the 90s, with A LOT of nudity and even more cheap one-liners, but I was expecting more blood and fun. A weak third star for the performance of Paz de la Huerta, which is so (I hope) intentionally silly that’s impossible to forget. 5/10
