Billy Bob Thornton is a fairly acclaimed actor, but he did not earn an Oscar for his acting skills; he earned it for the screenplay of the film "Deadly Boomerang," which he also directed. Similarly, his film "Jayne Mansfield's Car" is also an original work. Right from the start, I have to disappoint anyone who thought this would be a film about how Jayne Mansfield died. No, definitely do not expect to see the flying head of a famous actress; on the contrary, there is nothing like that in the film.
