The film "Tales That Witness Madness" doesn't bring any significant horror shorts worth remembering, but there are still some ideas that are quite well executed. Especially the short story "Mel" is excellent in its conception and bizarreness. Thanks to that, "Tales That Witness Madness" has reached a fairly decent average, featuring interesting actors such as Donald Pleasence, Kim Novak, or Joan Collins.
