Following a scooter accident, Angelino, a loose cannon in the middle of Dark Meat City, begins to suffer from violent headaches and strange hallucinations. At least that's what he believes, because there could be some truth to his imaginings: some men in black are after him, and Angelino will wind up discovering something terrible about his own essence.
