"Deadly Detour" is ultimately a terrible piece of garbage that tries to impress with various unpleasant scenes that are mostly blatantly obvious and do not have the desired effect. At least not for someone who watches similar movies. For others, it will probably just be a low-quality mess that they will turn off after a while because it simply isn't for them. So, at least it gets some points for genuinely disgusting gore in some places.
