English I will start with the soundtrack as I quite liked it. The choice of music and the way it suited the plot was quite good, and if I had closed my eyes, I might have enjoyed the movie more than with them open. The narrative was not all bad, and even though I have seen the journey of self-discovery several times before, this version was quite good even with all the clichés. Some of the dialogues were not completely pointless, and there was even a message to be found. On the other hand, I could not understand why the spider in the jungle was speaking French, what the hell the seals were doing there (or whatever the hell they were), and why the hell they were speaking German! However, even with these shortcomings, I might have been able to put up with it and award it three stars. Then again, the insane animation just would not allow me to. The standard of animation in this movie is out of date by ten to twenty years, so everything looks dated, terribly artificial, and ugly. So even when the anime's creators try to make even the supposedly most beautiful moments, like the sunrise over the jungle, it is hardly interesting at all. Plus, the bat made me laugh, the crocodile looked terrible, and the people and their city - well, that was just very uninspired. Summing it up, it is not completely useless, and because of a pretty good narrative and soundtrack, despite the CGI "crap," it is at least worth two stars. 4/10. ()

English A classic modern animated film, which has quite lousy animation. If nothing else, at least the creators tried to make the animal characters visually interesting and had them speak with accents of different nationalities, which made them somewhat intriguing. However, it's a bit all over the place and doesn't really offer much to the viewer. But for children, the characters are probably quite interesting. However, it's unlikely to be madness from it. ()
