A film with such a title can either try to profit from similarities to "Hunger Games," either as a cheesy B-movie or as a parody. In this case, it's a parody. However, true parody means taking the whole story, replaying the scenes exactly, just with different actors, shortening it a bit so as not to call attention to it, and adding jokes to make it more entertaining, some of which may be quite good. There is some innovation in it, but very little. This simply isn't a parody that's worth it. The jokes may be okay here and there, but there is nothing else to it. A parody, at least for me, shouldn't just consist of copying most of the original plot.
